Important Note on Parking: Parking inside the building garage is extremely limited. Guests will be parking across the street at Publix or in the Marina parking, which is a short 3-5 minute walk.
Please refer to the map below for the exact parking location.
Kids are absolutely welcome! Several other guests plan on bringing their children as well. We just ask that you please plan on supervising them throughout the event.
Dress code is festive casual.

The Venue
The Venue
The venue is the clubhouse at the rooftop of the Marina Grande Residencies parking garage. You will find the clubhouse, tennis & pickle ball courts, and the swimming pool on the roof top.
On a normal sunny day, you will have gorgeous views of the downtown West Palm Beach, Singer island, Peanut island, and Palm Beach island.
The venue allows for watching beautiful sunsets. It is anticipated to be at 5:28 pm on Dec 12.

The party is located at the Clubhouse on the 7th floor (rooftop).
1. Easiest Option: Ride-Share (Uber/Lyft)

This is the simplest way to arrive.
Address: Give your driver 2640 Lakeshore Drive.
At the Gate: You will need to show your ID at the building's main gate.
Drop-off: You will be dropped off at the location marked with the orange arrow.

Important: Please do not drive through the building's main gate. Park your car in one of the designated lots below and then walk to the venue.
Here are your parking options, as marked on the map:
Lot 1 (Publix Garage): This is the best option.
Address: 228 Blue Heron Blvd, Riviera Beach, FL 33404
Instructions: Please park on the topmost floor of the garage. Take the Publix elevator down to the ground level, then it's a short 4-minute walk to the main building gate at 2640 Lakeshore Drive.
Lot 2 (Marina Lot - Small):
Location: This small lot is located just before the main building gate.
Note: This lot is small and will likely fill up very quickly.
Lots 3 & 4 (Loggerhead Marina):
Address: 2620 Lake Shore Dr, Riviera Beach, FL 33404
Lot 3: The larger lot. Please leave the first row (marked in brown) open for marina employees.
Lot 4: A small overflow lot across the street from Lot 3.

3. Finding the Clubhouse Elevator
After parking, walk towards the main building gate. Since you are walking, you'll not need to stop at the gate.
Once there, you need to find the specific elevator marked with the green arrow. You have two paths:
Path A (Main Walkway): Follow the sidewalk to your left. It will go around the parking garage. Make it to the Ocean tower 2nd building. Walk to the garage across the walkway / road. Take the elevator at the green arrow.
Path B (Garage Shortcut): You can cut through the parking garage (be careful of cars). Walk past the "Marina Parking" gate, and the elevator will be on your left.
Take this elevator to the 7th floor, which is labeled 'CH' (for Clubhouse).
Exit the elevator, and the party will be to your right.
